Resources for Seniors & Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

Welcome!

Our Aging Services is dedicated to helping aging seniors 55+ and individuals with developmental disabilities connect with available resources for those who meet the qualifications.

We emphasize personalized care and are committed to supporting those who rely on us the most. We want to ensure that no ONE has to navigate alone.

Our most requested service involves identifying and securing missed government funding, securing missed government funding, therapeutic resources, case management & navigating continuum of care, and community outreach.

Let’s Talk!

Leslee Schafer and Megan Turner, the compassionate founders of Our Aging Services. Together are on a mission to guide both seniors and families of individuals with special needs through some of life’s most challenging transitions. Drawing from their own personal experiences—a daughter on the autism spectrum and a son with complex medical needs—Leslee and Megan have built an organization that helps others navigate the overwhelming systems of Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, long-term care, and disability resources.

From helping families “age out” of school services to helping older adults “age on” with dignity, we shines a light on the power of connection, advocacy, and care across generations
